Affordable Housing Strategy

The City has developed a draft affordable rental housing strategy with specific actions aimed at achieving affordability targets.  The draft strategy is the result of an extensive housing analysis to identify and respond to housing issues in the local government area.

The Draft City of Sydney Affordable Rental Housing Strategy was recently publicly exhibited. Submissions and comments are being considered and the report will come before Councillors for consideration in coming months.
