Sustainable Sydney 2030 is an initiative of the City of Sydney. It has brought together the best creative minds from Australia and overseas to offer their thoughts and suggestions on how to improve Sydney.

A leading force in the development of BASIX for the NSW government, Bruce Taper has played a key role in forging the Sustainable Sydney 2030 vision for the City of Sydney. His work with the City developed the Green Transformers idea as a tool to lower Sydney’s greenhouse gas emissions and create a greener city. This idea uses localised co and tri-generation to power the City and also heat and cool our buildings.
