City Visitor Accommodation Monitor
The City Visitor Accommodation Monitor provides up to date information on the supply and demand for visitor accommodation in the Sydney Local Goverment Area (LGA).
Updated every six months, the monitor provides details of hotel and serviced apartment projects in the Sydney LGA according to their current status (approved, commenced or completed).
Trends in the total stock of accommodation, occupancy rates and overseas visitors to Sydney are also provided.
