Matching Grants Program
The Matching Grants Program supports identified community projects or objectives in the Local Actions Plans by matching with City Resources what is raised in-cash or in-kind by the community. Submissions close Monday 20 July 2009.
Sydney Life Photography Exhibition & Prize, Valued at $10,000
All Australian photographers are invited to submit to Sydney Life, a large format photography exhibition, held each year in Hyde Park North. Submissions close Tuesday 7 July 2009.
Accommodation Grants Program
City of Sydney assists not-for-profit groups community organizations with accommodation for the provision of services, programs and projects to meet community needs.
Business Support Program
The Business Support Program provides grants to non-profit business organisations that seek to revitalise and enhance local commercial and retail precincts.

The History Publication Sponsorship Program assists with the costs of publications that are considered relevant to the ongoing research into and recording of the history of the City of Sydney.

Multicultual Art Competition 2008
This inaugural competition invites artists and illustrators to submit artworks that tell a story or encapsulates an impression of the City’s diversity and multiculturalism.
