Maybanke Youth Centre is a venue for young people aged between 12 and 24 years to congregate and socialise, as well as take part in innovative programs which are both educational and recreational.
Our Youth Team work with young people in a manner that meets any immediate needs, while also working at developing longer term plans to assist local youth to become more socially, economically and emotional independent and responsible members of their community.
Drop-In is open:
Monday to Thursday: 3pm to 6pm
Fridays: 3pm to 7pm.
The youth centre is a place where young people have access to computers, internet, educational and vocational programs, school holiday activities and recreational activities.
We also run various sporting activities, art and craft, cooking programs and of course; the PS2.
We act as an advocate for young people with access to educational facilities, Centrelink, Youth Accommodation and other support services.

Music Program with the Powerhouse Museum - Drop in for others.

School holiday programs include arts, crafts, cooking, Basketball competitions, sporting activities and excursions such as Jamberoo Park, Beach, Luna Park, Bowling, Iceskating, Cateract Park, Lazer Skirmish, movies and late night DVD and Pizza activities all at minimal cost.
