Code of Meeting Practice

The Code of Meeting Practice was adopted by Council in September 2008. This Code sets out the procedures for all Council and Council Committee meetings. The Code incorporates the meeting procedure requirements set out in the Local Government Act 1993 and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005. It also contains additional provisions specific to the City of Sydney Council.
