Contribution Rates

The contribution rates under this Contributions Plan are regularly adjusted in accordance with the method stated in that Contributions Plan.  Therefore the rates which are stated in the original copy of the Contributions Plan above (as it was adopted in 1994) are not the current rates and should not be used for the purposes of providing a current estimate of contributions for any proposed development.  Should you require details of current Development Contributions rates as part of a proposed Development Application, please contact:

Contribution Payment Information

Development Contribution rates may be adjusted when payment is due in accordance with the relevant Contributions Plan. Prior to making any payment for Section 94 or Section 61, you must contact:

The Planning Assessment Unit will then provide you with written confirmation of the amount payable. Please bring in your confirmation letter with your payment.
