What do Watershed Volunteers do?

Volunteers work with the community and local businesses to move towards a more sustainable environment.
They are involved in a wide range of activities supporting the Green Living Centre programs including:
- Research
- Planning, implementing and reporting on projects and activities
- Developing and distributing resources to local businesses/residents
- Greeting visitors and answering enquiries
- Designing & delivering education activities with staff
- Representing the Green Living Centre at festivals and events,
- Participating in training and networking activities
Many volunteer opportunities are mid to long term and involve an ongoing commitment. Volunteer roles are negotiated on an individual basis.

How to get Involved
Places in the Volunteer Program are limited and applications are taken on an individual basis.
