Community Languages
Varied collections of Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Thai and Vietnamese language books.
Koori Collection
The Library’s Koori Collection comprises over 1250 items on Australian Aboriginal related subjects such as politics, land rights, sport and the history of the arrival of the first Europeans.
Local Government
Books on local government related topics such as urban architecture, homelessness and e-government.
Local History
Books and online resources relating to the history of the City of Sydney.
Magazines
A wide variety of magazines on topics such as fashion, entertainment, business, finance, gardening, food, teenagers, computers and the environment.
Newspapers
Access e-newspapers and more than 50 print newspapers covering local, interstate and international news, including The Sydney Morning Herald online.
Specialist Collections
Specialist collections relating to Australian law, health, the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Toy Collections
A selection of more than 300 popular toys and puzzles for loan by pre-schoolers.
