Joynton Park is major neighbourhood park, off-leash at all times and featuring a large central grassed area, interspersed with native trees and shrub beds. A spacious shaded picnic and BBQ area serviced by an automated public toilet, is located within the south-east corner of the park. A pair of matching water stairs provides added interest for visitors and residents.

The neighbouring Tote Park, located between Wolseley Grove and Austrin Grove contains a playground with equipment suitable for children of all ages. The park features a grass lawn, shrub beds and numerous interpretive plaques which relay the history of the precinct from the time of settlement, through to its development as a race course and present day residential use. An automated public toilet is located conveniently close to the playground.

Nuffield Park located off Hutchinson Walk features a multipurpose synthetic hard-court suitable for basketball and netball with nearby spectator seating. This park also contains an automated public toilet.
