Join our state-of-the-art fully equipped gymnasium, and fitness classes including cross-fit, cardio-box, yoga, pilates and zumba at affordable prices. Or if you lean more towards creative arts, come along to our high end program delivery encompassing visual arts, cooking, sewing courses or enquire about our children and youth after-school and holiday programs.

  • Fitness classes such as fit-ball, spinning, stretch and gentle exercise

Zumba Class

  • This class is FUN, FUN, FUN
  • This is a Latin-inspired, high calories-burning dance class
  • Feel the music and let loose!
  • 1 hour Classes: Wed-6:30pm and Sat-11.30am.

 

Strictly Salsa

  • Salsa is a contagious, addictive dance that is popular worldwide. You do not need a partner to enrol and we always try to ensure we have an even number of guys and girls.
  • 1 hour Class: Thurs 6:30pm, (Level 1) - 7:30pm (Level 2)
