King George V Recreation Centre provides city residents, workers, students and visitors with a state-of-the-art sport venue to participating in structured social and corporate sporting competitions.
These social / corporate sporting competitions are held Monday through to Saturday during lunchtime and after work hours.
The team sports available include:
- Indoor Basketball
- Indoor / Outdoor Futsal
- Indoor / Outdoor Netball
- Indoor Volleyball
All sporting competitions are open graded sporting competitions for men, women and mixed teams with the divisions varying from beginner to intermediate levels.
These sporting competitions are suitable for anyone wishing to enter a team, whether it is a corporate sponsored team or simply a group of friends wanting to have a run.
