Do you have broken TVs, monitors, computers and mobile phones that you no longer want or need? If you are a City of Sydney resident, you can recycle them for free by dropping them off at our free collection in Ultimo. No booking is required.
These days, councils do much more than simply collect and dispose of household waste. The City offers a range of services to help you reduce waste and keep our streets clean:
Book a Clean Up
Find out just how easy it is to get rid of white goods and large household items. We'll collect them every Wednesday, you just need to call us.
Collection days & bins
Find your collection day, organise a new collection or change the size of your bin. You'll also find resources for apartment blocks including garbage and recycling signs and stickers.
E-waste
We can recycle your electronic waste at our regular drop-off collection.
Chemical CleanOut
Safely dispose of leftover chemicals at the Chemical CleanOut drop-off collections.

We collect garden organics every Wednesday fortnight in your green-lid bin. Order a bin, find your collection dates and more.
