The Chinese New Year Markets @ Belmore Park, Chinese New Year Twilight Parade and Dragon Boat Races, have become the trademarks of Sydney’s Chinese New Year that attract not only local residents within Sydney, but tourists from overseas. In 2008, City of Sydney’s Chinese New Year Parade attracted a record crowd of 80,000 people.

We invite you to participate in the 2009 Chinese New Year Festival and help Sydney celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Ox.

Take a stall at the Chinese New Year Markets or Dragon Boat Races.
