Kings Cross car park fan replacement

What we’re doing

We’re making improvements at Kings Cross car park. It is important that facilities are regularly maintained and upgraded while ensuring the safety and convenience of residents and tenants.

Our next stage of works begins in June 2021 and will be completed in mid-August.

We’ll replace the exhaust and supply fans on level 4 and 5 plant rooms and take measures to reduce dust and vibration. Work zones will be fenced off from the rest of the car park.

The car park will remain open, and our contractor will work with local businesses to ensure minimal disruption.
