Property services careers

We’re dedicated to creating spaces that drive positive change and benefit our communities.

Be part of our change

We manage a diverse portfolio of more than 270 properties and assets worth over $2.7 billion. This includes buildings for our operational depots, swimming pools, community centres and commercial interests to reinvest back into Sydney. We’re committed to our portfolio’s long-term sustainability to continue providing social programs and essential services.

We’re recruiting for our growing property services team. This is a rare opportunity to join a refreshed team driving a new approach to the management of our property assets. Your expertise and commitment can play an important part of this transformation.

Join the team that manages our operational and community assets, maintains safe and clean properties and facilities, and helps activate our creative arts and public domain spaces. With your insight into the commercial property market, you’ll identify property income streams and manage strategic contracts to reinvest in infrastructure.

We’re seeking colleagues across 3 teams

We’re currently recruiting for roles in our property management, technical services and business services teams.

These teams will shape the future of our property portfolio through innovation, collaboration and the development of world class facilities and public spaces.

The property management team manages our properties, works with stakeholders coordinating our operations and leases our buildings and assets.

Our technical services team maintains our properties, working closely with our facilities management team and maintenance service providers.

The business services team negotiates and manages our contracts, and reports on our assets to identify areas for improvement.

Our established infrastructure and sustainability team drives initiatives such as water and energy efficiencies in our portfolio. They guide teams to embed sustainable measures into their projects, and help progress our operational targets.

Our property services team sits in our Chief Operations Office division. Our Chief Operating Officer is Kim Woodbury.
