Application of terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all event bookings, cancellations and attendance. By accepting these terms and conditions, you accept they may change from time to time.

Any applicable event costs are in line with the our revenue policy: fees and charges as updated at the beginning of each financial year.

Booking tickets

Where bookings are required, they can be made through the link provided in the event listing on our What’s On website. If you have any problems booking online, please contact us by phone at 02 9265 9333.

Payment in full is required for all paid events. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. For the purposes of group booking invoices, please contact [email protected]

Once you have completed your booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation. You don’t need to print your tickets as we’ll have a record of names attending.

If you completed your purchase and reached the order complete screen but didn’t receive a booking confirmation or tax invoice, check your junk and spam folders and that funds have been deducted from your account.

Please email [email protected] if you can’t find your tickets or confirmation or if you need help to book.

Unauthorised resale of tickets is strictly prohibited, including using tickets for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. Tickets breaching this condition may be cancelled without notice or refund.

Face-to-face programs are unable to accommodate extra participants due to health and safety risks. Refer to the What’s On website for ticket availability and maximum attendance.

Refunds

If you registered for an event and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your tickets through our booking system or by emailing [email protected].

Bookings for any paid events may be eligible for a refund when cancelled through the booking system or in writing in up to 7 days before the start date.

Any cancellations made outside of the refund period won’t be refunded. We may grant exceptions for special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for missed classes or sessions that are part of a course are not eligible for a refund, credit or make up class.

Individual refunds are processed within 14 days and standard creditor invoices are refunded within 30 days.
