If you hold an approved permit, you can enjoy free parking for a certain period of time in designated parking zones.

When mobility spaces are added or removed, following approval from the Local Pedestrian, Cycling and Traffic Calming Committee, we work to update the map as quickly as possible. Changes are generally reflected in 1 to 2 months.

Mobility parking scheme permits
If you hold a valid mobility scheme parking permit, you can make use of free parking under the following conditions:

Mobility space with no time limit | Unlimited parking. | |
Mobility space with a time limit | Parking up to the maximum time limit and within the times displayed on the sign. For example, in a space with a sign reading “4P – mobility only – 6am to 10pm”, mobility permit holders can park for up to 4 hours between the hours of 6am and 10pm, seven days a week. |

General parking space with time limit of more than 30 minutes | Unlimited parking. Mobility permit holders are exempt from parking fees and time limits in any period parking space of more than 30 minutes. |

General parking space with time limit of 30 minutes | Parking for up to 2 hours. | |
General parking space with time limit of less than 30 minutes | Parking for up to 30 minutes. | |
No parking zone | Stopping for up to 5 minutes to drop off or pick up passengers or goods, as long as the driver remains within 3m of the vehicle. | |
Loading zone | Stopping to drop off or pick up passengers, but only for as long as it takes for someone to get in or our of the vehicle. For loading or unloading goods or operating a public bus, stopping can last for up to 30 minutes or the time indicated on the sign. |

Note, all parking use described on this page applies to mobility parking scheme permit holders only. If you don’t hold a valid mobility parking scheme permit, ordinary parking use as indicated on the signs applies.
