Suitable for community events, activities and meetings, the indoor space for hire has access to a veranda and garden area. A separate section of the outside area on the corner of Boundary and Ivy streets is available for use by the community without hire during opening hours.

Please note, the only City of Sydney venue available for coming of age parties (ages 12 to 25), or any other events we consider high risk, is Sydney Park Pavilion.

Other considerations

  • Noise needs to be kept to a minimum, residential area
  • A section of the outdoor area is available for community to access during opening hours
  • Additional cleaning can be arranged
  • Some functions may require security
  • The responsible consumption of alcohol is only permitted inside the venue
