One of Australia’s busiest shopping precincts

Pitt Street Mall is an iconic public space in Sydney's retail heart.

Proposed events must have a direct connection or benefit to the Central Sydney retail precinct, be of an appropriate size and scale for the space, and feature high quality construction and aesthetics.

Events must be open to all sectors of the public to participate in. Private events are not permitted.

Access to vehicles must be maintained, as Pitt Street Mall is open as a public roadway between 3am and 8am for deliveries. Pedestrian thoroughfares must also be maintained.
