The new seats were installed in March 2024. The fencing around the seats will be removed in mid-April once the new hybrid turf is established.
What we’re doing
We’re installing 6 new precast concrete seats on the main open lawn of the park.
Part of the lawn will be closed during the works.
There will also be some machinery noise and temporary restrictions to parking along Portman Street and Zetland Avenue. We’ll take steps to minimise any impact on you.
