Playground on Kepos Street upgrade
Swings and a sandpit have been installed plus more seating and trees.
Project Status: Completed
The improvement works started in August 2017 and were completed in December 2017.
What we’re doing
The works included:
- new playground equipment such as swings and sandpit
- extending the existing shade sail
- new trees, retaining wall and entry gates
- more seating and drainage.
Please replace the sandpit cover when you leave the park. We want to keep the sandpit safe, hygienic and free of animal waste for everyone to enjoy.
Lord Mayor Clover Moore launched the upgraded playground on Saturday 17 February 2018.
