What we’re doing
The play equipment at Ethel Street is at the end of its useful life and we’re planning to remove it. We’d like to understand who uses the current playground and what you would like to see in its place.
We’re also upgrading the nearby playground at Harry Noble Reserve and would like your feedback on this upgrade.
Why we’re doing this
This is part of our parks upgrade program, where over the next 10 years, we will upgrade more than 60 parks across the City of Sydney area, from small pocket parks to larger local parks.
We’re asking local community groups and residents for their input before we develop a concept design. We’re interested in understanding who uses the current playground, what works and what doesn’t.
Next steps
In early 2021, we will hold a public consultation on the concept design for further community feedback.
How you can give feedback
Consultation closes at 5pm on Friday 18 December 2020.
