What we’re doing
We’re planning to plant 4 yellow bloodwood trees in the roadway in Smail Street to allow the new trees to grow in enough soil.
These trees will provide shade and contribute to our area’s overall resilience in the face of a changing climate. To plant the trees, we will install 2 median strips in the centre of the street.

We’ll report all feedback and design changes to Council, and will continue to a detailed design. We’ll keep you updated on the progress of this project.
