What we’re doing
The City of Sydney acquired 22 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria for a future park.
Our proposal is to classify this property described as Lot 1 in deposited plan 1004389 as operational land in line with section 31 of the Local Government Act 1993.
This is to support the property’s ongoing management until the future park is created.
