What we’re doing

We’re proposing to enter into a 5-year lease with the existing tenant Despana Sydney Pty Ltd at Gardeners Cottage, Victoria Park, 2001 Parramatta Road, Camperdown.

The premises are used as a cafe and the same use will apply for the proposed new lease.

The proposed lease starts at the end of the public notice period for up to 5 years.
