If bins are left out near you and they’re causing issues, here are some things you could do.
What you need to do
Most bins must be stored on private property, not the footpath or street.
If you’re comfortable, please remind your neighbours to bring their bins in after they have been emptied.
If bins are causing a health or safety hazard, call our customer service team on 02 9265 9333.
If they’re not causing a health and safety hazard, you can use our online form to let us know:
- how long the bin has been left out
- if it belongs to a business or resident
- your details, so we can contact you if we need more information.
