Obtain approval or amend a previous approval for levels and gradients, also known as determination of alignment levels.
Project Status: When you need to do this
When a development proposal involves construction of a new building; the introduction or alteration of building entries or driveways; or other impacts on the surrounding footway or roadway.
When a development application is lodged with the City of Sydney, conditions of development consent requiring work in public areas may be imposed. The conditions may also relate to works on private property that have an affect on the public domain.
Alignment levels show existing and proposed levels for roads, footways, forecourts and through-site links.

These must be in digital form and comply with our digital requirements. Digital copies of applications must be supplied on a USB memory stick if lodging by mail or in person.
