The contribution requirements are:

Residential development
- On-site: 3% of the total residential floor area must be provided as affordable housing.
Non-residential development
- On-site: 1% of the total non-residential floor area must be provided as affordable housing.
The equivalent monetary contribution rate and indexation of contribution rates quoted in a development consent can be provided on request.
