  • 3 days of care and cultural leave to participate in cultural or religious days or events of significance or health and wellbeing activities  
  • A day of NAIDOC leave to attend cultural and community activities and events 
  • An organisation committed to progress the aims of reconciliation based on relationships, respect and opportunities through our stretch reconciliation action plan
  • Attend employee events that raise awareness and celebrate culture and history, for NAIDOC Week and National Reconciliation Week 
  • Join an employee network with other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander colleagues 
  • We encourage all employees to attend Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural respect training as part of our standard ongoing training offering 
  • Any Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person who applies for a position with us, and meets the position criteria, will be given an interview.
