You can ask our friendly employees about rate payments, reporting waste and graffiti, permits and notifications, Council papers as well as other City of Sydney services.
Early closures
Due to end of financial year work, our customer services centres will close at 3:30pm on Monday 1 July and reopen on Tuesday 2 July:
- Glebe and Kings Cross: 10am
- Town Hall: 9am.
Recycling station temporarily closed
The recycling station at Kings Cross Customer Service Centre is temporarily closed. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
You can use the recycling station at Juanita Nielsen Community Centre or find another recycling station near you. You can also have your items collected from home by booking a free doorstep pick-up.
