Exempt and complying development

As a result of changes to the NSW Housing Code by the state government, certain exempt development provisions no longer apply in the following DCPs:

  • Central Sydney DCP 1996: part 13
  • Leichhardt DCP No. 35: Exempt and complying development
  • South Sydney DCP 1999: Exempt and complying development.

These documents are provided for DA history purposes.
