Expression of interest: NAIDOC in the City event management

Stage one is an open call for applicants to submit an expression of interest. Submissions must follow our requirements.

For the purposes of stage one, we’re not seeking a proposal for the full NAIDOC event management scope. This information is being provided for respondents’ information only.

We’re seeking the information from respondents outlined in the returnable schedule. This includes details of your organisation, key team members, experience and capacity, knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, acknowledgement of the requirements and a proposed creative concept.

Please ensure that all files are clearly labelled with your name. The maximum size for each file is 5MB.

Following the review of the expression of interest proposals, we’ll invite shortlisted applicants to submit a formal tender.

Applicants invited to tender will:

• be issued with formal request for tender documents to complete by a deadline. Documents will be issued on Tenderlink
• attend a briefing with us in the week commencing 23 September 2024 to outline the process for tender and ask questions
• give a presentation up to 60 minutes long about their creative concept for consideration. The presentations will be given in the week commencing 21 October 2024.

Stage 2 Fee

We’ll pay $1,500 (excluding GST) to respondents invited to stage 2 and who give a presentation to us. This fee is to acknowledge the administrative work required to complete this stage of the procurement process. Respondents will be selected at our discretion.
