We’re proposing to enter into a deed of variation to the planning agreement for these works.

The objective of the second variation deed is to improve efficient management of construction of the development as contemplated in the original planning agreement.

The nature of the second variation deed is to amend the timing of the completion of the works under the planning agreement.
