What we’re doing
The City of Sydney aims to secure public benefits related to the development application for the land.
It also covers building the community infrastructure identified in the Sydney Development Control Plan 2012 for the Epsom Park precinct including:
- Zetland Avenue
- Chimes Street
- Peters Street
- Rose Valley Way
- Defries Avenue
- George Julius Avenue
- Mulgu Park.
Two pocket parks, footpath widening on Epsom Road and an extension of the Green Square trunk drain are also included.
