The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to secure the dedication and transfer of land for footpath widening and a new laneway, developer’s works to construct the widened footpath and future laneway. It includes a monetary contribution of $898,062 towards community infrastructure in the Green Square urban renewal area including roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
