The City of Sydney proposes to enter into a planning agreement in connection with the development application number D/2023/884.

The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to:
- secure the dedication and transfer of land for footpath widening and a new laneway
- developer’s works to construct the widened footpath and future laneway
- a monetary contribution of $268,563 towards community infrastructure in the Green Square urban renewal area including roads, drainage systems, utility services, parks, plazas and other public facilities.
