What we’re doing

The City of Sydney proposes a deed of variation to the original voluntary planning agreement.

Why we’re doing this

The objective of the deed of variation is to facilitate adjustments to the areas of land dedication to better align with the design of the public domain while maintaining the amount of public land to be created.

The nature of the deed of variation is to amend the land dedication areas and layout.

The effect of the deed of variation is that the total area of dedicated land remains the same, maintaining the intention of the planning controls.
