What we’re doing
The objective of the planning agreement is to secure public benefits in connection with the development application for the land.
The nature of the planning agreement is to deliver the community infrastructure identified in the Sydney Development Control Plan 2012 for the Epsom Park Precinct. This includes completion of Zetland Avenue, extensions of Grandstand Avenue, Victoria Park Parade, George Julius Avenue, Ascot Avenue, Defries Avenue, Woolwash Park, Biyanbing Green and Zetland Avenue Open Space.
