What we’re doing
We’re proposing changes to the Central Sydney development contributions plan 2020 to make it more consistent and better aligned with the proposed contributions plan for Ultimo and Pyrmont.
The proposed changes relate to legislative references and policy.
There are no changes proposed to the levy rates in the plan or the schedule of works that lists the infrastructure items which may be funded through contributions.
Next steps
We will report the results to Council.
If Council approves the proposed changes after public consultation, we will update the Central Sydney development contributions plan 2020 to reflect the changes.
