Use this form to report issues with bus shelters, council-owned roads and footpaths, bike facilities, barbecues, ponds/lakes and water features, sports facilities and playgrounds, public toilets and other public amenities.
Project Status: When you need to do this
If you notice a City of Sydney facility that needs to be cleaned, repaired, installed or removed you can report it to us, including:
- bus shelters
- council-owned roads and footpaths
- playgrounds
- bike facilities
- barbecues
- ponds/lakes and water features
- sports facilities.

Your form will be sent to the relevant team at the City of Sydney.

If the issue is related to a tree, learn what you need to check.
Prepare any image you would like to upload. We can only accept 5 files maximum, limited to 20MB each.
After you finish
The relevant team will work to resolve the issue. If you've requested updates, we’ll let you know as soon as any progress is made on your report.
