Why we’re doing this
In March 2021 Council resolved to undertake an area wide transport study of Erskineville and Alexandria.
This study looks at the traffic changes in the Erskineville and Alexandria areas following the opening of the WestConnex interchange at St Peters in 2020.
What we’re doing
We invite your feedback on the study and to let us know which locations you’re most interested in. You can also provide feedback or suggestions on the locations.
The study recommends:
- encouraging more walking and cycling by improving footpaths, shared paths and cycleways
- reducing motor vehicle speeds and through-traffic access on local roads
- maintaining vehicle access for local residents and businesses.
