We’ll still use:

• Surveys: Share more detailed feedback with us.
• Email: Send your feedback in your own words.
• Other options: Call, write or visit a customer service centre to fill out a ‘have your say’ form.
• In-person: We’ll continue to run meetings, information sessions, workshops and pop-up events as needed.

We’ll use different tools for different consultations, depending on what the project needs.

Keep in mind that some consultations – like formal submissions on planning proposals – need to be in writing and can’t be anonymous.
