You can add another red (rubbish), yellow (recycling) or green (organics) lid bin to your existing waste service on this page.
Only ratepayers, property owners or managing agents in houses, and building or strata managers in apartment blocks can make changes to existing waste services. This is due to the domestic waste charge on rates notices.
If you want to begin a new waste service on a property that doesn't yet have one, contact us on 02 9265 9333 or [email protected]. If you want to upsize or downsize a bin, repair or replace a bin, or remove a bin, you'll need to use a different form.

- Requests must be received by 2pm the business day before the next regular bin collection date or else they will be scheduled for the following week.
If the scheduled bin collection day falls on a public holiday, your delivery or repair will be on the next business day. - Identify which bin size you require
